- Smoking is not allowed in the house. You may smoke
on the patio or in the back of the house. Ashtrays are provided
- In addition to your own quarters, please make yourself
at home in the living room and adjoining dining area. There is a small
fridge available for your use in the dining room.
- Breakfast will be served in the dining room at 8:00
and 9:30a.m., unless other arrangements are made. Coffee and tea will
be on from 7:00a.m. for those who rise early.
- If you come in late at night, please be as quiet
as possible. Others may be already sleeping.
- Please try not to leave personal care items in the
bathrooms as these are shared with other guests.
- There is a telephone in the foyer for your use for
local calls only. Please ask if you need to make any long distance
calls and we will accommodate you.
- The house is always locked. Remember to take your
key whenever you go out.
- There is off-street parking at the side of the house
- In consideration of other guests, please check with
us before bringing anyone back to the bed and breakfast for socializing.
- On your last morning, checkout time is 11:00a.m.
